Our brand-new villa is the perfect destination for an unforgettable visit to Sylvan Beach. We are excited
for you to experience its unparalleled comfort and coziness.

Guest access
The 2nd floor and roof deck with hot tub and seating area of the villa is exclusively yours. The beach is shared with the public. Guests have access to beach cruiser bicycles.
You will not have access to the 1st floor apartment unless you have 4 guests in your reservation In which case, you will be given a second door code to gain access.

Other things to note
★ CLEANING & SANITIZATION ★
Health, safety, and well-being of our guests are of utmost importance. For this reason, we use a
thorough cleaning process after each check-out.
★ NO PETS ALLOWED ★
We love those little (and not so little) furry bundles of joy. Sadly, our home is not suitable to
accommodate them.
★ NO SMOKING INSIDE ★
Please refrain from smoking inside the home! Any smoking evidence will result in odor removal and
furniture cleaning fees.
★ NO PARTIES/EVENTS ★
We kindly ask you to treat our home as your own to preserve its pristine condition for future guests and
your return visits.

The 2nd floor unit and rooftop deck are exclusively yours however if you’d like to invite another couple, the first floor unit is available. Please add the additional guests to your reservation and we will include the Garden Villa door code to your check in instructions.
